Bilsteins

Post by jaltobelli »

As some of you may know we upgrade the suspension on the 10AE to a coilover set up this summer. So now I have the old Bilsteins hanging around and I was wondering what they are worth? They've got about 95k miles on them but no leaks and the car still road real well. We were just looking for a more aggressive set up. Any opinions before I post them?

With nearly 100k miles on them I would guess they are worth whatever someone woul offer on them. Most shocks are worn out by then and if they aren't they won't have much life left. They would be good for someone to rebuild, IMO.

That's what I figured, that they would be a rebuild for someone looking to go to the sport suspension.

My bilsteins have 189k miles! And they're still....... there?

Someone will get them and have them revalved. $100-$200 maybe.
