It would be more like a test and tune day if you run one day.

As John and Shawn were saying, you can run for one day only, but you will get infinite times for the day you miss.

It's still $35 for non-Covered Bridge classes, regardless of competing one or both days.

Just as bad. Never-ending house chores in the form of renovations. It's taking a toll on me and the pocket book.

Hey everyone,

For those of you worried about lodging many hotels in Johnson City are not far from the site. Maybe 6 or 7 miles. Here is a link to the "best" hotel in the area: http://www.carnegiehotel.com/

I have stayed there before and it is nice. For JC. Their is also a Comfort Inn on the corner of 19E and South Roan St. its even closer, as its just a straight shot into Elizabethton. Nothing is "far" up here. Driving from Johnson City to the auto-x site is like driving from Farragut to Neyland stadium.

Did you guys figure out when you are going to bring the trailer? If you want to come up Friday night and leave it at my house, you are more than welcome. It will be safe. I can tow it over early with the 'burb, meet up and then drive back and get the race car. The site is probably a total of 15 min from my home.

I encourage as many people to attend as possible, it is a great way to promote our sport in a area that loves motorsports, they just don't understand what we do. If anyone needs a place to stay, please let me know. I have a finished basement with a bathroom and I also have a pop-up camper in the yard. Heck I can get the grill going, so food won't be a problem. I know budgets are tight, so if I can help any fellow racers in the region, please let me know.
