October meeting same place Sam and Andy's West Kingston Pike 6PM social 7PM meeting... as the season comes to an end a reminder that everyone is welcome to club meetings. Some of the things that might be discussed will be Novice School (SOLD OUT WAIT LIST ONLY) Adesa, Road Race, Rally X, Solo....I'm sure sound, Pellissippi lot, Bristol, Championships and Year End Banquet discussions among other topics. Would love to go talk about BMS, but I anticipate that work will be busy that day.

I'm sorry my brain is drawing a blank this morning. Did we agree NO registration and tech Friday night at Walmart for Adesa? Also I know we agreed on a $10 fee to hold a banquet spot was that per person? Will the $10 go towards door prizes? Don't think that was discussed. ..thanks I want to start getting it setup in MSR

That's correct, NO Friday night Walmart parking lot shenanigans.

We did agree to no Friday registration and tech.

We didn't specifically state $10 per person but that was my assumption. I'm ok with that money being used either as door prizes or backing off the door prizes and using it as subsidy on the food.
