I just registered my youngest daughter for this. She did one a couple of years ago but she can use the practice. :O

If I had to guess, this was probably set up last year. And regardless it also fits into the "Community Service and Training" category. Similar to the Motorcycle Training course we see there all the time. I am sure they are still allowing those. However I will ask when I am there.
