Treasurer for ETR

Ben will be stepping down as ETR's treasurer at the end of the year and we are looking for someone to take over the treasurer spot for ETR, if you are interested in being the treasurer and on the board please let us know as Ben has done an outstanding job for ETR. Thanks JY

A little bit of detail on this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing checks to cover venues and event costs.
- Annual tax filings (easiest tax filing you'll ever do).
- Ordering supplies for the club from time to time.
- General attendance at the monthly board meetings is highly encouraged.
- Maintaining a monthly report to present to the board.
- Getting change for events.
- After event audit forms which need to be completed and filed within two weeks of the event.
Its really not hard work but can be a smidge time consuming from time to time. If you're interested and have specific questions feel free to PM me or reply to this thread.
