Grid chief

We have an opening on the solo side as our grid chief, Tim is stepping down as grid chief and has done an excellent job and Etr thanks Tim and wishes him the best in his new adventures. We will miss Tim greatly and if anyone would like to step up and become etr's grid chief, just let me know. Thanks JY
