ETR Board Meeting Minutes
8/3/2021
June minutes were approved online and posted as of 6/14/21.
Officer Attendees
• Paul McFall, Mark Pilson, Ryan Jarrard, Jeff Cox, Randy Adkins, Greg Miller
Treasurer report
• Bank balances reviewed. National office still owes us for Bristol Double.
• We still owe for SEDiv dues.
Rally X Report
• Rallyx took a break July and August.
• Previous event was a national event with roughly 34 drivers.
• Word from SCCA national is that the event went well and they liked the site.
• Getting into the site was a challenge for some due to road conditions.
Solo Report
• Evo and Apex want to have schools next year. Will discuss with them further.
• Turnout for Bristol was low.
• Upcoming event at Smokies Stadium.
• Starting Line school will be in September.
• Motion to spend $1500 for new timing system less display as a backup. Paul 1st 2nd Jeff, approved.
