Just adding a data point to the discussion, when I want to poly and delrin on the old FSP car, I got a lot more noise in the suspension and car during street use. Because of this, when I built the Camaro, I went with new rubber bushings on the control arms since I planned on driving it on the street and it not being just a race car.

A lot more noise in what respect? I feel like i could probably tolerate a fair amount, but this certainly isnt strictly race kawr

Noise over bumps, general harshness in the suspension.

general harshness in the suspension.
Isn't that the point of using delrin bushings? Harshness and faster response are two sides of the same coin.

With the roads around knoxville, imagine loading your clothes dryer with various sizes of rocks. Run it and sit on the dryer. Some might like it.

Im not too concerned about noise, but i take it you mean the ride became noticeably rougher?

There is a lot of downside to delrin (noise, harshness, binding), but not really a lot of upside on a street tired street car.

I'm in the grey 2015 sti from last season. I bought the whiteline kit for mine. Endlinks and bushings came with it. I daily mine. I also run the RCE yellow springs. It's not to bad or noisy at all. You can check it out on the 6th if you want. Keep the subie!🤣🤣

We had a jack and had each end of the car on stands. We did everything in one day. It's not as hard as my downpipe was🤦
