I will not be there for the evo school or the BMS event 3, we will need a safety steward for Saturday and a chief of safety for Sunday. Your Saturday duties include getting the lunch for the evo students and going to get it about 30 minutes prior to their lunch break and if there are any incidents you will of course have to write it up. Sunday check in

For whomever is responsible for registration at the next event. The 'secondary' computer has been reimaged so its running quite a bit faster (no speed freak so don't get too excited). Both computers will be in the rig when it gets up to Bristol so you should be able to use them both for registration.

I plan to do grid on Sunday.

I will be there for Tech on Sunday.

Plan to be there for registration on Sunday the 15th.

The van and Trailer will be on site at BMS this weekend and I will give a set of keys to Scott Boito and either JB or Paul McFall as we have to staff the evo school on Saturday with one safety stew and I think Scott Boito is going to handle that. JY

Will be there the 15th for setup for sure, maybe be attending evo school not certain yet, will see how the next two weeks go! If anyone knows where to get some used a7s, that's another deciding factor on the school. Maybe I will ask Eric
