We need several chief positions filled for the Bristol double summer national event

For the pro we need a
chief of course and your duties is to make sure the coolers are filled with water and ice and put out the radios and clipboards on each station and maintain the water and ice through out the day.
Chief of workers and your duties is to assign the workers to each corner station ---Frank Forcino
Chief of sound and your duties are to maintain the sound meter and make sure the person working it knows what to do and advise the competitors when they blow sound and that they need to make fixes.

For the tour we need

Chief of Grid and your duties are to make sure the grid workers keep the cars moving and oversee Grid
Chief of sound and same as the pro

Can I do chief of workers for the pro? This is done before the event, right? Or is this just checking people off the list during the event?

I think and I am checking on it but it is checking folks in during the event through out the day for their work assignment.....Do you still want to do it?

Do we need it for the tour also?

Frank, you do have to be at the chiefs meeting on Wednesday evening and it usually is at 6pm or 7pm

We actually need 2 chief of workers for the pro ....

Not a problem

I can also do course chief for the tour, like we talked about earlier today.
