Treasurer report
• Bank balances reviewed
• Eric talked to 4 CPAs about our tax status and suggestion was made to re-file no more than 3 years back.
• Will have to pay penalties but should be able to get an abatement.
• Fees will run between $75-125/hr. Expect $1000-1500 per year to be updated.
• Need better accounting (software).
• Motion to approve up to $5000 get taxes straightened out. 1st Paul, 2nd JB, approved.
• Ryan to review engagement letter from CPA.
• Eric to file extension for 2021 taxes since CPA can’t handle until after April 15.
