ETR Board Meeting Minutes
6/7/2022
Motion to approve 5/22 minutes, 1st - Paul, 2nd -Ted , approved
Officer Attendees
• Paul McFall, Mark Pilson, Jeff Cox, Ted Visscher, John Ward
Treasurer report
• bank balance reviewed
• Tax update later this week online
Rally X Report
• Discussion about retrieving equipment from Frazier Motorsports
Solo Report
• Duelcross is canceled, Evoschools are scheduled to replace
• Looking at adding a local points event on 7/17
• Still need a chief of grid for the double national
• Mopar event is this weekend
• May need some supplies for double national, Jeff to go through supplies this weekend.
Hillclimb Report
• Chasing the Dragon Hillclimb coming up in July
• Nothing new to report, could use assistance at Norton and people interested in becoming organizers
Misc New Business
• ETR is now a large region at over 400 members
• Planning a trip to Flatrock
• Motion to adjourn, 1st - John , 2nd – Ted , approved

• 7/25 Motion to approve $850 to purchase new laptop for Solo timing. 1st Mark P, 2nd Paul M., passed
