It was discussed that the May event would be on Saturday and the Evo School would be on Sunday due to Mother's Day. Is that still how we are going to do this?

I did forget that and scheduled the Evo on Saturday, I will check with Jr and see if we can move Evo to Sunday. My apologies for the mix up.

I don't remember us saying we were going to do Evo on Mother's day. I'm not thinking that is a good idea.

I asked Jr which of the dates he wanted and he picked that date.

Mark it was discussed at the meeting in Greeneville after you said you would not be at a event on Mothers Day. I can not remember who suggested swapping but everyone seemed to agree on that idea.

Yes we did and that is my bad and I am going to see if Jr wants another date and go from there.

I am going to try and run as many events as I can this year and mothers day is going to be tough. I fully support the Saturday / Sunday swap and I can run the Saturday event if we are able to pull that off.

I'm glad that the club works so hard to keep off of family days as much as possible and I'm grateful for the leadership.

So glad we don't have half the season in July and August this year.

Is there a place to see the entire annual schedule as it's changed? I only see upcoming schedule which only shows thru early June.

But you would not make it in the Floriduh region for road racing. They schedule a road race every family holiday "so all the family can go to the track and enjoy!" BULL!! they schedule it that way so " Oh hey honey, I'd love for you to come to the track with me so we can enjoy the holiday together because I have to make this points event" knowing full well it's a ruse to be able to get away from the family on every dang holiday.... 25 years later, I'm not bitter about the FLduh region shenanigans of scheduling.

NC Region traditionally had a race at VIR on Mother's Day. I think the driving force was lower track rental fees. They don't have races there during the summer, only Spring and Fall.

Ok, I did see that one. I was looking for an updated schedule on the website.

So the EVO school has been pulled from May 14 and changed to when?

July 29th is now the date for the evo school and there is a evo challenge school for June 24th...JY
