ETR Regional / Divisional ViTour P1 Contingency & Racer Discount Program
Program Guidelines: Our SOLO / TT contingency initiative is extended to local regions
and divisions, presenting a valuable benefit to participants engaged in points events.
SOLO Contingency: Top PAX participants utilizing P1 Tires at each SOLO points
event are eligible for 2 complimentary P1 tires (up to 6 events/certificates per region per
season). If a competitor has already secured 2 tires in a season, additional tires will be
awarded to the next highest placement.
TIME TRIALS Contingency: The top-performing car equipped with P1 tires at each
Time Trials event is entitled to 2 free P1 tires (up to 6 events/certificates per region per
season). Winners are capped at 2 tires per season, with surplus tires redirected to the
next highest placement.
Year-End Awards: Upon the combined purchase of 40 P1 tires by a region's members
throughout the season, VUD will generously contribute an extra two P1 tires for every
40 tires bought in the Region/Division. These additional tires will be distributed during
the year-end awards.
Qualification Criteria: To qualify, Region/Divisional Events must have a minimum of 30
participants, and the event must be included in the year-end awards points.
Coupon Code: Participating regions will receive a unique coupon code for tire
purchases. This code facilitates tracking of tire sales within the region, ensures
applicable discounts, and verifies participant purchases in the event of a win.
SCCA Region Requirements: Participating Regions are required to disseminate
program details to participants via email and social media before February 7th, 2024.
Cooperation is expected to assist in determining tire giveaway placements if necessary.
Evidence of Tire Use & Placement for Claims: Competitors seeking tire claims must
provide evidence, including links to pictures of the car and tires posted on social media,
screenshot results, and proof of purchase. VUD will confirm placement with the Region.
Fair Competition Measures: VUD will temporarily hold all orders for SCCA Regions
until April 1st to ensure equitable access for all Racers/Events. This period allows for
uniform tire availability and provides discounts on pre-ordered tires for the 2024 season.
This strategy aims to prevent the common issue of delayed tire acquisition when
introducing a new tire, ensuring all drivers receive their pre-ordered tires simultaneously
and maintaining a level playing field.
SCCA Racer Discounts & Priority: A 10% discount is offered on all pre-orders placed
before February 7th, 2024, at 12 Midnight. This measure aids in gauging interest,
determining size requirements, and appropriately allocating inventory between now and
April 1st. Priority will be given to SCCA members placing tire orders
