Room/Apartment available

I'm sure most people on here probably aren't looking, but maybe you know someone who is.
We will have two rooms available at the beginning of next month.
This is at Huntington Place Apartments on Longview Rd, directly off of Sutherland Ave. It is only a few miles from campus and is within walking distance of the KAT 50C, a bus that only goes between UT and their Sutherland Ave. apartments. It is also close to the Third Creek bike trail and is only about a 3 or 4 mile bike ride to campus.
Or, if anyone would be interested in taking over the lease, that could be arranged as well.
Rent: $545/month and is split between the rooms.
KUB: $50-60
