Will, you should have gone to Nashville with us last weekend. That was the tightest course I have ever seen. When we were walking the course I was telling Brit, There is no way the vette will fit through there! I was very tempted to park mine and drive hers. Glad I didn't, as it was a great learning experience.

I'm hoping that we can turn a bit more than we did last time without compromising the speed sensation too much...

An underpowered street tire car that doesn't turn all that great might make a good test car to make sure it passes the fun factor. ;)

I may forget to send you up on your runs.

We always complain about tight courses, and get told to shut up. Its a little different when the shoe is on the other foot, huh?

FWIW, I'd love to run up the hill again, but I'll be content with a FAIR course.

Was it tighter than the one we ran a couple of events ago with the severely offset start?

Oberstwill, be careful what you wish for. Most of the time, a tighter course really hurts low HP cars because they are unable to maintain momentum.

Gas, brake, gas, brake is great for HP cars.

Agreed.

Pelli is a really tough site, IMO. You lay down an element or two, then you gotta turn around or set up to run through the islands. If you set up the elements for the big cars, then those elements are barely manuevers for a lot of cars out there. If you make those folks actually turn, then you risk making a course that is too tight/busy.

true....I had had a few cervezas mas fina at that time, but for those of us who have cars then take 20+ seconds to reach sixty, those straights can take quite awhile to nibble up.........The last couple of events I have found 3rd gear thanks to my Veryonesque power on tap..........

Does a nitrous boost keep my car stock?........

Doesn't look like your lack of grunt has hurt you that bad either:

Last PSTCC event:

1Tm 10 10 Brittany Joyner 2007 BMW 328 38.914 - -
2Tm 73 Nov William Davis 1988 BMW 325ix 39.181 0.267 0.267
3 4 Nov Arnold Coleman 06 Lexus IS 350 43.439 4.258 4.525
4 m 18 Nov Trey Range 2006 BMW 325i 43.856 0.417 4.942

Didn't the last Bristol event have a REALLY long straight?

1Tm 73 73 William Davis 1988 BMW 325ix 63.782 - -
2Tm 18 Nov Trey Range 2006 BMW 325i 65.678 1.896 1.896
3 5 5 Benjamin Way 330ci 70.060 4.382 6.278
4 51 Nov Mathew Smith 86 BMW 325is 70.440 0.380 6.658
5 6 6 James Manning 97 Acura Integra LS 73.741 3.301 9.959

If you still feel you lack grunt, you can always grab one of these:

So, to summarize, you really have no excuses and just like to waste bandwith.

Give him a break...the real reason he posts so much is due to a vain attempt to keep up with ke0ki2k in total post count! :P
