I wish you the best of luck. Please post your new address here once you get settled. Maybe I can look you up the next time I am there. I don't know about Hartsville but Florence is a small town. It has some areas that are very pretty but some look industrial/agricultural and a little rundown (kind of like Knoxville). I visit Florence occasionally because I have friends there. Also, a word of warning. When you look at houses, check the local geology very carefully. The lay of the land is very flat with vast flood plains and there are areas that flood on a regular basis. Be especially wary of houses on property with creeks. My friends moved after their house ended up under water for about the third time. It was in a flood plain of a tributary stream of the Pee Dee River. A few feet of elevation can make a big difference. I am sure you can get elevation maps from South Carolina's State Geological Survey but unfortunately, I don't have their address. I will check and see if I can find that for you. Again, best of luck.

Congrats on your job. You will be missed but you are not to far away. Like you said plan your visits when there is a autocross.

I'll be damned....first Kaudawitz and now you too. Just when I was starting to catch up to you, you have to go and bolt on us!!

All joking aside, I'll miss running after your times. You made me want to get better each and every event. I hope that once you get settled in and find a club to race with, you'll find a Subaru Impreza RS that whips your little arse every time you run!! Good GOD that was a bitter thing to say wasn't it?

Good luck to you John. I hope that you find a home to suit you and your new family. Nothing but the best.
