Who's ready to play in the rain?!!!

Post by JOHN226 »

Tomorrow is going to be pretty interesting. I will probably be sideways everywhere! I know Eric is driving the Hoosiers rain or shine and I just got some OE replacement rears to get by on for a while. I haven't done one of these in the rain yet, but I imagine catching cones in the rain isn't much fun!

I am not looking forward to running in the rain. The rain sucks to work in.

It'll be more slick than the dry, but I think you'll be surprised to see how much grip you do have once you get a little heat in the tires (assuming there's no standing water). Be sure to bring umbrellas, panchos, etc. Having your clothes soaked through with rain is no fun.

I'm looking forward to the event. I'm starting to feel more like a member of TRSCCA rather than ETRSCCA. I've been to more of their events than our own.

If it's any consolation, I don't have as much fun with no competition.

I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to it, but I'm going for sure. Running in the rain really teaches you to be light on the brake and throttle inputs.
