Disclaimer for Oak Ridge event...

Post by John Brown »

This form must be signed by your legal guardian to participate...

Due to the content of this course, these items must be in check.

1. To keep the event running on time,3rd gear must be operational.

2. No weak knees..

3. No "light" right foot disease.

4. "AINT SKEERED" stickers are not required but are a big plus.

5. Repeat this over and over in your head..."I will keep the pedal on the right pressed down"..."I will keep the pedal on the right pressed down"...

I will sign my name to this.
This is the course I need before Peru.
Ah, it doesn't matter I will still get my rear end kicked bad at Peru. :D
Can't wait for both events.

Are you doing the event this weekend? The three stooges are listed as co-chairmen. Either way, I am looking forward to Sunday!

I moved this topic to general discussion so everyone could comment on it.

Anyway, you guys might want to check in with Dick. Tony et al are still on the schedule and Steve asked me about picking up the trailer on Saturday.

I was under the impression that we had switched events with John at one time. But then again I could be wrong or be thinking of the Meco event. Can see if Dick can shed some light on this.. :?
I am so good I will race you and only use one hand.

What a nice screw-up I did - 4 event chairmen for 1 date!!
John Brown is the event chair for the June 27th event at Oak Ridge Mall.
Back in the May meeting John let us know that he needed to swap out the June 6th event he was originally scheduled to chair, and I plugged him in as the chairman at the June 27th Oak Ridge Mall event. I think Cliff was at the meeting and said ok, since the Gibbs/Bolton/Hobbs trio still have the chair for the October 10th event at the large Taylor-White lot in Greeneville. When I gave Dave D. the location/ event chair list to update the web site I missed putting John's name on the 6/27 event - thus all the confusion.

Well, the co-chairs could do the legwork (trailer, etc.) and John could help them design a course... I'm sure Tony wouldn't complain about putting a fast course together
