WTB late production 1.6L Miata engine

looking for a replacement engine to build over the winter..

any prospects out here? NO SHORT NOSE CRANKS! Only need head,and lower end.. intake,exhaust,etc.. not needed

what condition you looking for? I know where a 1.6 with a spun rod bearing sits that he'd probably get rid of. As far as all the short nose cranks stuff, I don't know about that, I think it's out of a 93 if that helps.

that would be great! Ill be redoing the bearings and all.As long as the crank isnt damaged.
93 is GOOD! as long as the crank damper dont have 4 holes in it,its a later version

John,
Got a long block in the basement - I think it was original in my '92 with about 130k miles on the odometer. Then another 750 miles in my first year running SM before I got the crate motor. No problems I know of, so should be good for block/head rebuild. Call me at 660-2456.

I been thinkin bout classes for next year.. and with all I got going on,I dont think I can keep two BMW road race cars going and build a new FP car in 4 months.. so I may be in $T$ next year too... but I plan on a lil power boost. lol
