Well, seriously, 8:00 seems to work pretty well. It takes me 2:15 to get there, which would put us there at 9:15 local time. They start runs at 11:00, so thats 1:45 to change tires, pay, walk the course.

Noooooo! I hit the wrong button then edited the entry. Apparently the edit did not take because I just looked and I was in CS and in CSP....No way...I deleted the P entry. Just relax, as old as I am I will probably
never make pro

Yep, anyone wanting to caravan should meet at that gas station at the Melton Hill exit. We plan to LEAVE at 8:00. Bring your radios.

i was up, all packed up, and out on my way and my brakes/brake pedal felt real strange. i was probably overly cautious and i wish that i'd went. i like watching the v8 cars that TR seems to draw.

That was my first Nashville event. Those guys did a nice job. We got 6 runs with three groups and each group ran/worked twice. The change overs were very quick.

The only complaint was the finish. In Marks Miata we were going to third right after the slalom and completely flat footed all the way to the lights.(Maybe 400ft) You had to brake before the lights to get stopped, at least in a Miata. It cost several people some very expensive tires. The TR agreed it was much too short and said they wouldn't do that anymore. :)

Other than that it was a well run event with friendly people. Like the guy in C Stock that came from behind and kicked our $@#!* Very friendly.

On the way home, Tyler put on a light show for the caravan. Neon lights? Hell no! Two foot orange blast of fire and puffs of blue flame? Hell yeah!

Yeah, wish I had video of that. It lit up for 5 or 6 seconds once and really freaked out the mini-van driver next to him. The orange flames were so long that they were hitting the front of his tire trailer and splitting, going up/down.

Yeah, watching Tyler's car was the only thing I enjoyed about the whole weekend. I hate that finish. :x
