rules question mod class

I don't have a rule book or I would answer this for myself. When a minimum weight is listed for a class is that just the car or is that car and the driver?

Ok, the book says:
A mod - w/o driver
B mod - W/driver
C mod - w/driver
D mod - w/o driver
E mod - w/o driver
F mod - w/driver

Next year, DM and EM will be going to WITH driver (and adding 200 lbs to the current minimums), so keep that in mind if you're building a car for either one of those classes.

with driver helps me. I weigh 345 lbs.
