As much as PSTCC is complained about I am looking forward to racing there after the Chilhowee event! I just could not get a handle on the surface at that place!

ok, Im back from Nelson Ledges,and Ill lay out some ground rules to the format later today or tonight... I got to give some thought to the bonus points,and the range.

Is this 4 run format just for pro?

Because, the way I'm understanding it, there's a chance I may only get 4 runs, then have to work longer than 4 runs for the people who are in the top 50% and get more than 4 runs. Doesn't make sense to me.

If it's just for Pro just forget I said anything, but if not, and you had planned on doing this for everyone, I don't think I will come to this event.

nope. The way a shoot-out format works is you run your normal 4 runs.. class winners are determined at that point. Then,we take the TOP 50% in pax,and pair them off and winner of the pair advances and the loser is out. What this means to 50% of the drivers is if you want more than 4 runs.... you best UP YO GAME!!

The Challenge winner and first runner up will get a whole bunch of runs... 1st thru 5th will get bonus points also.. So,make your runs count..stay off the cones..and get the job done!

edit: this sounds like a terrible idea, and would alienate the n00bs/slower cars/slower drivers, but ya'll do what ya' want, I just won't participate.

run a different class. Im sure some class fits your bill. As far as workers go.. its not a lot of work..as most do their very best to stay off the cones.

But I understand your point.. what if we got 5 runs...will that make you smile?
