Good size, good pavement, good course designer.

Seriously, it's a little bigger than what we use at Oak Ridge with a more friendly layout for different courses. Paddock space will be strange because we will be on an access road. From my trip up there a couple of months ago, the pavement is very un-Bount-like. More aged than Oak Ridge but I don't recall any bumps or gravel areas. However, this was while the parking lot was half full with cars so there could be some issues I didn't see.

The pavement looked nice; the real challenge will be keeping cars from getting too close to the edge on the South side. You'll see what I mean when you get there.
