The committee planning the Adesa Event has met several times. Part of my duties include onsite food for the event. We have batted around several ideas on what types of food to offer. Wayne suggested I ask for your input. Below are types of food suggested. We would like to offer a variety so no one has to leave the site for food. Please vote for one or more. Also feel free to mke suggestions.
Barbecue
Jason's Deli-boxed lunches-sandwiches
Hamburgers
Hot dogs
On another note, we are trying to decide whether to offer pizza on Friday night again. Is this something you would like to have as part of registration.
Thanks for your help!

Debbie, turned this into a poll for ya.
The pizza was a hit, but we had a LOT left over.

I don't know how a bunch of you peps think. On the event day we could do just what the Chatt club does. Dogs, burgs and chick part sandwiches. The non racing part of the club seemed to do that and always seemed to have enough to feed the racers and what fans that wanted to eat.I think they made good money on those days and the price was right. I think a lower entry fee and knowing I could get a dog or burg on site for a small fee is better Plus outside food is close enough for us to get.

Re: September Adesa Event
You know, I kinda like having a nice sammitch during an event, as opposed to the usual "cookout" food. ![rockon ](./images/smilies/rockon.gif)
And +1 to pizza for the "pre-registration party."![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)

Please remember that this is a fund raising event for the United Way and they are bringing in vendors for a contribution to the greater good. Your fee does not include food vendors or other swag and just covers the day of racing. We are trying to find vendors who will satisfy the tastes of our racers so that no one will leave the site for food. A bunch of folk left last year to the detriment of UW and we are trying to limit that loss. Loyalty works both ways, y'all.
