SOLO Committee Meeting - Tuesday 12/04

Post by thrdeye »

Hi everyone, if you are interested in helping out in our club in a big way, please make plans to attend this winter's SOLO Committee meeting.

All of the autocrosses that we do every year may just seem to "happen", but they don't. We need assistance with several positions in order to keep events running smoothly next year - everything from grid to timing. The goal is to be "3 deep" with all of the chiefs positions. We could also use some more SOLO Safety Stewards and can talk about this process during the meeting. We will also hash out the schedule for next year.

Tuesday December 4, 2012 - 7PM
@ Chris Harp's house (pm me for address)

Time?

I would love to have some input, but I don't think there is any way I can make it.

I think safety would be cool. Is there a school to go to. I can't drive to Knoxville on any weeknight though. Chad

Meeting will not be safety related, except maybe a kart discussion.

Like Scott said....we can talk about what the Safety Steward training requires and maybe setup a date for certification.

We will have food, but BYOB if you want something special.
