A lot to process.

I'm happy that we are sitting at no camber allowance and that they aren't dicking up my STS exhaust.

Did I read that right that the CR gets moved to SS but I stay in BS? Good riddance!

All I have to say about the new proposal is we were asked to do this although the rules aren't completely nailed down yet and the thought process behind some of this was go get rid of super low production and "trunk kit" cars. We await your letters.

As I understand it, this appendix also was created with the thought that camber would still be coming?

since camber was to be allowed for some cars but not for others, my opinion is a resounding NO .... but then I don't run Stock and have never run Stock, and don't plan to EVER run Stock ... so my opinion really shouldn't matter

just glad they decided to leave the ST exhaust alone

+3 on them leaving the exhaust alone. I never understood the arguments for it in ST. I already spent the money on making the car quiet on course and during the trips.

Obama did not get involved in the SCCA did he? Or is that a result of a few folks being out driven in class? remember we don't give out the whiner awards!!

It's 'bout time the SEB targeted the low volume trunk kit cars. Cheap, competitive cars for the masses! ...I hope.

Will this trunk-kit car list include the 94-97 R-package and/or the 99 sport? I highly doubt I'll run the NB in E-Skeet, but the original owners mentioned it once or twice.

No. People vocalized that the limited edition stuff was hurting stock, so the new appendix has the the Club Ricer, the MSR, and the Z0K bumped up a class (or two).

If the regular StooK doesn't run against the C/R any longer, I would strongly consider getting a regular one....probably an AP2 in case I wanted to go to Street Touring Ricer.

And no the R-package and 99 sport aren't trunk kit cars....they have way more production numbers that the other "trick" cars.
