89 Honda Civic Si for sale!
It is Black with a 150K miles on it and it is in decent shape for the age.
The Good:
NO RUST, new tires, new battery, and a few other new parts.
The Bad: it smokes but runs good, It has had a new paint job but was done cheap. There are a few little dings.
If anyone has any questions please call and I will be more than happy to answer them. I am not going to pricw the car. Just make a offer and I will say yes or no. This car has great potential to be a National winning STS car. I believe 9 of the top 10 cars where 89 Si's at Nationals. No BS offers (Pilson, Carpenter) I don't want to here a $5 offer.

Sorry but I don't think anyone is going to pay $6144 for an '89 Civic that smokes.

Well, if you use my original $6 offer, you get $3072, which is still more than anyone will pay.

I forgot to mention that the car does have a very nice sony CD player and will have working A/C soon.

I know all of you all know about the car. I have been driving it everyday. It runs really good it just smokes. If I ever plan to autocross a 89 Si I would rebuild the engine even if it did not smoke. I am going to try some more things to make sure it is not the rings. I am going to do a compression test tomorrow. I am in hopes of it being bad valve seals.
Yep car salesman have a bad rep. I don't care its a easy job. You never lie just don't tell unless asked.

On a serious note, there are a lot of car salesman that do take a lot of pride in what they do and would not lie to sale a car. I am one of them. I could just put some synthetic oil in it and not tell anyone that is burns oil but I would not do that. I am sure I will more than likely rebuild the engine and make it a fun STS car if I can sale it. If I sale it good if I don't no big deal.
