I know. I am really curious what the compression test results are. Do I have to disconnect the fuel injectors?

...to get accurate readings, yes. (usually pulling the efi fuse will do it)

I'm curious as to the outcome, might be in a position to offer you a bit of money... Need a prettier daily (87' accord aint cuttin it 275k on the clock) with autox potential while the supra is down (forever). Keep us informed.

Is this the old or new suspension (they did move to coil springs at some point, no?)

The suspension is a double wish bone and is the old suspension. From what most people I have heard from they like to older suspension better.

I want to know does the 2K price include a new motor from Honda? I checked with Honda and they said that you can still get those motors and they are about $2,900 so I guess I will bid -1K. I know this is a offer that you just cannot refuse but I will take the car and the $1,000 just to get it off your hands. :D

My real bid is $500.00 just because we are friends :)

Robert

PS: What about HS in the car?

I can't take $500. Sorry
I need to talk to you Robert, I just cracked my windshield on the Miata driving to work. It is about a 3 in crack. Can I put a light weight windshield on the car?
P.S. I have thought about it being a good HS car. I am just going to worry about the Miata next year. :D

The protest committee says you have to run a stock windshield in a stock car.

I was 99.9% sure I could not but I remember all of use once having a conversation about aftermarket windshields and some actually being lighter than others. I guess I was dreaming that.

I've been around Robert and Mark talking lighter aftermarket stock windshields, too, so no you're not dreaming.

The car is pretty much stock. These cars bring more than book value. There is a guy that is going to look at it early this week. If he does not take it I would consider less. Would you give $1200 for it? :?
