Thanks again for the fun runs.

I was over the car during/after my competition runs and was planning the part out, but it reminded me how fast/fun the car can be when I know what to expect. I may have figured out something on setup, too. Looking forward to next year.

65.6 or 65.7, I think...

I felt like there was quite a bit more, too.

I feel like I absolutely cannot "catch" the car.

In fun runs, I was turning in way early, countersteering immediately, and getting a mild 4 wheel drift. It was silly how much earlier I could get on the gas... I think that is absolutely what I need to do to go fast at PSTCC.

Compared to my time for event #4 on a very similar course, I picked up 5 seconds, so I must be making progress. I don't think I was getting enough heat in my tires to make them work all that well either. I brought tire blankets, but didn't use them for some reason!

Great weather and great event, pro was very close between 5-6 drivers and I can't wait till next season. Worried about the car on the last run due to some noise coming from right front, should not have worried after Mark's 61.6xx tho and looked at front end and found the spring was twisting back and fourth at the top, so that is fixed and ready to go. ETR has got to have the best core people I have seen, big thanks to those that helped out during our local events. Coldbeer props to you for always being there and setting up timing. I never worried about that once I knew you were there, and all the others, JB, Lin, Harp, Coatney, and just every one in the club that always stepped up and helped out. Oh Jon Coatney you might want a better chain for that a-mod if you want to win pro next year.....lol Looking forward to the awards ceremony and planning out next years national tour events that Lin and I are going to be making.

I just looked at the results for Pro. Less than .2 sec covered 1st through 5th. If that is any indication of next year, it should be a championship to watch!

Just to point this out..... Gebbia would have finished 4th in PRO with a .975 modifier. WATCH OUT FOR THE SKY

Jed would have PAX'd a second better if he ran TBS. Pilson almost won with a cone. Take Pilson's cone away and JB would have ran a 63.1 to match his time!

...and that is why I'm not super excited to run PRO any more.

and Geb has ran what... once this year?

...that's pretty good to me.....

I prolly had a mid 64 on my red flagged run.. no where near Pilsons time... but, like I said.. 3 more drag strips in that course, and it would have ben perfect!!

it killed a momentum car... luckily ... all the HP cars fouled out. 8)

Chris, Shawn's time with the multiplier is still why I don't like the possible new rule. Jed won pro and didn't need a give me a automatic win pax time, it is a shame that this new possible rule will only come into play at local levels. At nationals they will be running in the same class and not with other class cars. If some one wins a pro regional event and is 3.5 seconds behind in raw time that is not a win, but it is what will drive more people to leave the sport as well as it will draw some to the sport. In the end scca will be like nascar because they are trying to please a new crowd and not the core of the sport.

We talking about the same Gebbia here? If you don't think that a past pro class champion can come out and legitimately place P4 after not running all year, I'm not sure what to say to that.

JB all you have to do to get the same pax is what run 200 tw tires and you get that pax as well.

The way I understood, there will be new pax times for all the street classes next year and not just 0.975x old stock.
