looking for investors for new track

i've been toying with the idea of building a specialty auto dealership with a test track. i know that the etrscca is scouring the land for new places to run. i have been a fan for many years and if i can get this project off the ground, i will invite the etrscca to run on the track. if anyone has any contact with some serious investors, please let me know.
