Just a note about how this should work. Ryan, your role as chair is really to make sure the chiefs are accounted for for this event. Then, the chiefs assemble their crews as needed.
You, as an event chair, would need to step in and get workers if a chief was out of town.
The spreadsheet i put in the solo committee forum helps to make sure all are accounted for, too.
