Like Chattanooga, will we add a credit card fee? I think we could add a dollar and then not lose much using MSR.

No, I wrote a script for automating it. I just have to click a button after each event. It doesn't work when people type their name in 4 different ways thought ... JB

and Andrew Hodge v. Andew Hodge

John Brown v. JB

those were the ones I spotted
I had it set to only count 6 events for some reason... that should be fixed now.

Sure. It's no longer illegal to do this except in a few states.

as far as I know it never was illegal

They just didn't get caught (as most never did), but at one point if you offered credit cards as a form of payment at your establishment, credit card companies forbade you from passing the fee to the consumer, because that would theoretically make using a credit card less attractive payment option. It likely was not illegal, but you could have been sued by visa, mc, etc. and would have probably lost.

what you see now is retailers offering their own "debit cards". I know we have one for weigles and target. They link directly to your bank account and thus retailer does not pay a swipe fee. Since you get a discount, it encourages you to shop more, thus the discount is offset by the volume and the lack of swipe fee.

the only ones I can find that might be using aliases

HS … Sam Kelley/Sam Kelly (grey 08 Honda Civic

HS…. Stephen Kelley/Stephen Kelly (grey 08 Honda Civic)

then there's Keith Loveday and Jeffery Keith Loveday (JKL ran in STM in one event) then they "both" have run in STR (same car)

Those are all me! I ran STM in the Bristol Event because that was my first event and didn't know where my mods put me. I go by my middle name "Keith" but MSR and my SCCA card have my full name. So that's always a problem for registration... I'll try to keep it straight next season :)

Chilhowee results were posted and have not been included in the totals. The numbering scheme is a little off as there was an and event 3.5, June 8 at Pellissipi. That's column 4 in the season points. So Chilhowee was the eighth points event of twelve, even though it's called Regional #7.
