It is really hard to say...

Some cars might cord them around 40 runs, some cars get 150 plus.

If you care for them properly (bagged and stored inside) and use them in a short time period (as opposed to over several years), they will be good until you get past the wear bars.

DOT-R's are soooo fun. I'm jealous.

How does one go about getting a sponsor?

With my mustang and a Co driving I can get a whole season on one set if it is local events only, but if u go to tours and more abrasive surfaces u will need two sets. It also depends on how your car is setup. If you have a good setup with the right amount of camber and flip them after several events u will get good use and on my 3600 pound car it is very very few tenths if any on time with new tires vs. 50 run tires. As long as they don't heat cycle out drop off is minimal. I used 3 sets this year but we go to national events as well and other regions as well. What car are they going on and what size will u be using.

I corded my A6's two events ago. They were new at the start of the season and got 113 runs on them. This is in a Miata.

You could probably seriously bump up that number if you skipped the Jetport events.

I drive a Saturn Sky Redline in ASP and have ran A-6s for about 6 years expect around 30 to 40 really good runs then 40 to 90s still being better than anything you have been used to. I run -3.1 camber so I flip the tires a couple times to even up the wear so the first flip feels alot like new tires over again. :o

If you and your wife decide to run alot of the ETR events in ASP let me know my wife is a novice but learning the Sky pretty quick. We might be a little outclassed with the German Super Car but it might be fun ! :D
