HELP - Reasonable shop/mechanic - 2006 Altima Woes

Hey guys, anyone want to recommend a good shop for some fix-up work on a 2006 Altima? It's my neices car. Currently will not start. She's saying that the car will not start but the alternator has been replaced. Dunno by who. Oh well. Could be coilpacks, starter, who knows.
It is in rough shape and I was going to work on it tomorrow, but that's out now that it won't start.
Car is located near UT Campus and can be AAA'd somewhere. I think we are going to pay for repairs, so I'd like someone that will level with us on how far gone this thing is. I am hearing that it needs motor mounts, too, but I didn't get to inspect it yet, like I said.
Also, if anyone has a lead on some good used 215/60/16 regular old skreet tarz, that'd be appreciated too.
