It was wonderful to see the ETR team working together this year at Dixie (and that's NOT unusual) . I've been around other regions at national events and there's not even 10% of the cooperation and support of ETR. (ahem, won't say WHO i am speaking of, but some regions are cliquish)..

Anyway, my driving performance was disappointing, though I did improve in Day 2. Let's roll out the excuses. 1) first time AWD, 2) first time boosted, 3) first time on Rivals 4) still developing as a driver even though i'm an old man.

I didn't get skirted, but it was close in STU. I'll do better next time to uphold the high finishing position of ETR. You guys ARE the best region in the country, i KNOW it, because I've watched the other ones, (I watch closely), and clearly ETR has the best people.

Thanks for letting me join ya'll and i look forward to Bowling Green in may..

Jim,
Don't get discouraged. I finished dead last by close to 20 seconds at my first National tour just 4 years ago up at Toledo. While nowhere near a good driver yet...I feel I am making progress and going to the big events for sure does help.

Thanks Eric. I think having such strong local competition really helped. And your right going to the big races will help even more

Great run Jim, seemed like a fast course. What were they doing to your car during the second half of the video?

Only thing I have to add is that it just wasn't the same without Rich Miller reserving our paddock spots

That's a cool angle on the camera and the run looked like a lot of fun.

For those that don't know, that class has to make a minimum weight and they were weighing the car after the run.

When I rolled into tech they asked me what my minimum weight was... I said what minimum weight?

We had to get weighed after the last run each day. Fortunately I was over minimum.

About 350 lbs over
