Smokies Event Cost

Post by 72RatCamaro »

Did the cost on the Smokies event go up? I am showing that I paid $40 and now it wants $20 more.

Mark called me yesterday about this to make the change. We have to give SeDiv $20 per driver, so it's more than just covering the lot (which is expensive, btw).

No worries, just verifying that it was an increase over what I already paid and that I wasn't going crazy.

Yeah, there's no one day only fee or anything like that. You do get 5 drops, remember.

I can't register or open event 2 or 3 Here. Is it just me?

Mike, go to motorsportsreg and type in ETR and it will bring up our events and you can register for event 2 and 3.

So if I can only make it for one day, then my fastest two times on that day are added together for my cumulative time?

EDIT: just read how RallyCross scoring works. All runs are added for a cumulative score. The question stands: how does scoring work if I can only make one day?

No. You would receive one time for the day you ran and a DNS for the day you didn't run.

With RallyX scorring, you'd only get the cumulative scores for the day you ran and a DNS on the day you didn't.

So, we will not be doing the "bogie time" for autoX like they do for rallyX, correct?

You can still get points in rallyX for your DNS/DNF, but at slowest cars time in class plus 10seconds, the stars have to allign to stay in the fight with a full day of DNF
