Man, they have these fat boy cookies....thick chocolate chip cookie with fuuuudge in the middle. Zap that sucker for about 45 seconds, add a scoop of vanilla with some chocolate coating. DANG!

Having other people tow your car is pretty awesome. Towing your own car gets old pretty quick, IMO. :)

Damn Harp, where did you learn all of that?! Great run man!

On top of the cones, back on the throttle early and in all the right places. You were threading the car thru some of the elements nicely too.

I've been continuously stiffening the front rebound. Car feels good.

I think the slalom was key...getting on throttle as early as possible to make a long run to the finish

I got to watch your video as well as ours, you were able to get back in the power really good. The course was a good layout except that start, if you were out of shape a little bit then you were looking at guard rails, but other than that a good layout, 25 pace slaloms on the back and 23 pace slaloms on the front with a fairly open chicago box and offsets. When the grip comes up there this place will be a awwwwwwsom site! I hope the match tour gets good numbers.

When I watched both Cathers and Harps runs... I could tell when Harp was leading into the set up for the finish.. long acceleration stage.. Cathers.. he could never even get the car settled enough to accelerate at all... I could not even tell the cars were in the same location on course. It was a constant directional change from start to finish. Good run Chris.. looked like my lines and throttle points.
Were you braking.. or just rolling off throttle and back on?? except for the fast entry turn around area...looks like you had to brake pretty hard there..

I think that was due to no rear grip and not much drive off. We had to be so easy on the gas so we didn't spin. I could never get past half throttle any where but I think with some more events it will get seasoned in and become one of the best sites around. I will go back to TN region events as well if we can.

KYSCCA also runs events at NCM. ..July, August and October. .I think the October event is the Great Lakes SEDIV last year we had 191 entries.

I braked lightly:

@ first hard right 2 seconds into the course (first gear)
@ the right hand off set after the three-cone walloms
@ the entrance to the chicago box
@ the right hander before the entrance to the sweeper
@ the entrance to the sweeper.

on the backside of the course, I only hit the brakes into the finish offset.
