sediv event chiefs

Post by jcox07 »

Chiefs get with your peeps and make sure all the intangibles are covered for our two day event, any concerns, post them up so we can get them solved before we get there.

JY, you mentioned in another thread that registration and tech were on Friday also, but that is NOT on the schedule on MSR. From a tech standpoint with our yearly tech stickers I don't see much value add from doing tech on Friday.

Paul you are correct, it was supposed to be fixed on MSR, but I see it wasn't. We have secured the Hampton Inn conference room for early registration. Now I am not so sure that the Facebook page will gain us many early pre registration. Unless we get it fixed asap. Registration chief to the blue room please and fix MSR.

JY just got the PM will work on it now and fix it...thanks

I changed the event schedule to reflect early registration and tech on Friday April 10th ...I used the time you gave me in the PM ...4pm to 7pm if that changes let me know. I will be sending out one last email blast this week before Friday to all members so if there are any changes to be made let me know. I am available Friday to help out if you can use me.

I can not do early Tech Friday night and had not planned on doing early tech since the schedule never reflected it. And Walter can't either. I do not think we need to advertise we are doing early tech. Last year we only had about 30 people do early tech and they were all our regulars. Most of those people already have the annual sticker this year.

Yeah I'm out on early tech also. I would have to leave way too early from work to do this.

Ok, so Paul, please remove the early tech portion on MSR.
JY you might want to reconsider the value of doing early registration since we had not advertised we were doing it.

Paul I'll make the changes on tech as nobody ...YOU, KK or Walter can make it.

Happy Easter Everyone....I agree no need for early registration looks to me like same number of entries as any other points event as of now 75...21 of those have already pre-paid. Last year we had 70 on day one and 66 on day two....This schedule has been posted...email blasts sent over a month now and nothing mentioned about early registration and tech. You would think someone would notice the error......Houston we have a PROBLEM

WE have been advertising this for weeks WITHOUT stating we were having a early registration or tech on Friday.
THUS there were NO problems until I saw JY post that we were having a early registration and tech. And THEN it got posted.

Yes Paul we were advertising it without early tech and registration, that was suppose to be corrected as Scott dobler wanted that and got the Hampton room for early registration like last year. I am fairly certain we talked about that at last month's meeting. If you can get me the decals I will help with tech as I am sure we will have some out of town people staying there and want to get teched, so if u can bring them to the meeting and or work I will get them from you. Thanks

As of 8:20am it has been changed to include tech. Steve can not be there Friday for registration as per his post. I can only do basic registrations. I'm not yet that comfortable to transfer MSR REG file into AxWare. Is Harp going to be there? I can help if needed just let me know.
