I can not understand where you actually register. I thought it was because I was not logged in but I swear I had the same issue last year. Even Sandy had trouble explaining how to do it. Do they make it a pain in the butt so they don't have to pay? lol I click the link for Bridgestone for example and the link just take me back the the contingency list.
