Anyone have the in's and out's of plastic welding? So far I have learned a few things about the shaping of the heated plastic. Wondering about the best way to connect seams and joints and am working on a jig type deal for holding the parts to be welded. Thanks for your help.

I always have IPW (industrial plastics warehouse) do all my welding. If you want to know the tricks they're the people to ask...

What are you welding? I have worked with a Nitrogen welder a little bit here at the shop, but nothing too crazy.

Working on some tubing and bends that will need welded, I have access to a bunch of plastic sheets that are being thrown away. They heat up in the oven and I can bend them and roll them, just want to know how to seal the seams.
