Alright, after a successful Match Tour, it's not long til we return to BMS!
SETUP - JY - Can we setup on Saturday?
COURSE - Current plan is to run this past weekend's course backwards with some tweaks. JB, can you help with this?
GRID - Depending on turnout, we might setup two grids.
WORKERS - I will need a chief of workers since I am the event chairman. If we end up with 4 run groups, we should practice changing over on the fly.
Chiefs, please check in and start assembling your crew.

I will check with Brandon to see if we can setup on Saturday and do we want to start earlier if we do set up on Saturday to get more runs since we will probably get way over 100 entries since so many at the match tour event said they were coming back for the June 5th event.

I am fine with starting 45-60 mins earlier, but only if we can setup saturday AND only if I can get SOLID commitments from setup, tech, and registration teams to be on site by 630

Not a problem to have registration open whenever you want.

I can do workers if you want. I did it with South Jersey Region and Philly Region for 7 years.

After the Match Tour, I'm REALLY looking forward to this.

I'm really regretting not being able to go now after so much fun this weekend...

This event is open and we only have 19 registered...what's up with that. We need another strong showing to come out on the positive side of the lot rental. Get signed up soon...
