Hey yall - before next event, can we coordinate the event day of schedule? Need to make sure what is on MSR is accurate and also need to clearly explain if/when we will have a mid day break. In other words e.g. - we will have a break if there are two groups but not 3. Doesn't matter the policy as long as we communicate it. Then we can announce it day of (hopefully through the PA system).

Turns out I have to travel for work this Sunday so I won’t make it

I will be there. Im not sure yet if i will be driving. I will volunteer to help matt with registration.
Also I will set up the PA and make sure to announce Tech and Registration and time of drivers meeting. Whoever plans to conduct the novice walks please get with me and give me a time you want to meet at the start line and i will also announce these. If Frank can get me connected to timing on a computer I will be happy to announce the heat that Im not running in.

Yes. I’m glad to help Randy , and or , get pa set up. I was pulling it out of trailer last event and JY said there was such a strong chance of storms , that we better not get it out. Or I would have had it out. This is my second response submitted, so if the first one I submitted reappears, sorry .
