The way I understood it was if both sign, no notary, but if one has sole custody then yes. I'm not sure about that though.

welcome to etr! im glad to see a minor getting into the sport. go to the first drivers school you can, and get as many ride-alongs as possible. be open to input from other drivers, and you will do great. but most importantly, have fun. if you dont enjoy yourself, its not worth doing.

If someone needs a notary, my gf can do it as she is a paralegal. And we live on Merchants so it's pretty central to K-town.
