Solo rule books?

I was hoping to pick one up at the Comcast event...thought I had one reserved, but I guess not. Will we be getting more? I don't really want to pay $8 shipping to get it from soloperformance.com.

Where can I buy a rule book for roadracers?
I am not even sure which rule book I need to get. Is it "General Competition Rules & Specifications includes CD Rom" on SCCA merchadise order form?
Please let me know if ETR has them in stock or order one for the members.
