There's one on E30tech where a guy was doing a similar build, except his was tube chassis/cage with custom suspension (inboard-mounted shocks with cantilevers, a la race car), custom hubs, and 12" wide center-lug BBS Motorsport wheels. He hadn't settled on an engine, yet, however. I dunno what attracts guy like that to E30s. I've never seen so many gutitcageitputahumongousengineinit builds.
Cardomain page for that car. Color me surprised they did it to a good condition E30 M3. Cutting one of those up really tends to piss the purists off.
